Journaling: A Voyage of Self-Discovery Workshop
Workshop Purpose: To explore the benefits and techniques of journaling as a pathway to self-discovery and healing.
This workshop is for anyone interested in exploring the healing aspects of writing. Writers of all levels are welcome. Note: you are a writer if you write.
Suggested timeframe: 2 hours for evening program 7-9pm or 4-6 hours for weekend program This workshop can be adapted to either timeframes. The longer timeframes will afford more time for writing exercises and sharing.
